Privacy Policy

Effective May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Whole Founder, a DBA of its parent operating entity ("Whole Founder," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites or purchase The Offer Gap Scan™ and related Services. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here.

01Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & contact data - name, email address, business name, and similar information you submit at checkout or intake.
  • Payment data - billing address and the last four digits / brand of your card. Full card numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card data.
  • Offer & intake data - the offer details, ICP descriptions, pricing, sales materials, or documents you submit so we can run the Scan.
  • Usage & device data - IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected via cookies, pixels, and server logs.
  • Marketing-attribution data - click identifiers (e.g., Meta fbclid, Google gclid) and UTM parameters, used to measure ad performance.

02How We Use Information

  • Deliver, secure, and improve the Services and your report.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, report delivery, refund correspondence) and, where permitted, marketing emails about related products. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Measure and optimize advertising campaigns, including conversion tracking via the Meta Pixel / Conversions API, Google Ads, and similar tools.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

03Advertising, Cookies & Tracking

We use first- and third-party cookies, pixels, and similar technologies - including the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Tag - to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ad performance. We may share hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address) with advertising platforms for conversion measurement and audience matching as permitted by their policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.

04How We Share Information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers bound by contract to process data on our behalf - e.g., payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, analytics, customer support, and AI infrastructure used to generate the report.
  • Advertising partners for measurement and audience targeting, as described above.
  • Legal & safety when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. Some sharing with ad platforms may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" under certain U.S. state privacy laws; see your rights below.

05Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements - typically up to seven (7) years for transactional and tax records, and indefinitely for your private report dashboard unless you request deletion.

06Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia, the EEA, UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale/sharing of personal information; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email success@wholefounder.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may also appeal a denial by replying to our response.

07Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08International Users

We operate from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from your country.

09Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the Services after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
